I didn’t begin this work from a traditional business path.

I began as a mother.

As a teenage mom to a daughter, then navigating a complex healthcare system for my son, I learned quickly what advocacy really means. I learned how to ask hard questions, push for answers, and fight for the care the people we love deserve.

Long before I worked in operations, credentialing, billing, and healthcare systems, I was already living the patient journey from the other side.

Later, life gave me another perspective.

I became a patient myself.

Living with lupus deepened my understanding of how overwhelming healthcare systems can feel—not just clinically, but administratively. The delays. The confusion. The breakdowns behind the scenes that patients and providers feel every day.

And somewhere in that journey, I discovered something unexpected:

I was incredibly good at building order from chaos.

Over the years, I’ve worked across nearly every non-clinical corner of healthcare operations—credentialing, payer enrollment, billing workflows, contracting, revenue cycle processes, administrative systems, compliance oversight, clinician onboarding, and operational growth strategy.

But the heart behind all of it never changed.

I do this because I know healthcare is personal.

I know what it feels like to advocate when everything feels overwhelming.

I know what broken systems cost.

And I know what operational excellence can make possible.

Buck Management Group exists to help practices build smarter, stronger systems so they can focus on what matters most: caring for people.

With gratitude,
